Therapy that makes room for your way of being

Therapy with me is about recognising, respecting, and gently nurturing the strengths that have brought you to this point, and not about ‘fixing you’.

A space to begin

Support that starts with you

As an integrative therapist, I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches and tailor my methods to meet your unique needs and circumstances rather than using a single fixed technique.

My practice experience includes York Mind, Leeds Domestic Violence Service and Psychiatry-UK. Together, we'll create a safe therapeutic space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace, reconnect with your resilience, and discover new ways of being in relationship with yourself and others.

Working together

Therapy shaped around your needs

ADHD and autism

Living in a world not designed for neurodivergent minds can lead to sensory overwhelm, persistent mask exhaustion, and burnout. We work collaboratively to understand your unique nervous system wiring, honour your strengths, and develop self-compassionate, practical ways to navigate daily life.

A relational approach

A relational approach means I use our therapeutic relationship as a healing space where your patterns, emotions, and insights can emerge through the connection we build together.

Session frequency

How often we meet is entirely your decision. Many clients find that weekly sessions build the steadiest momentum and lead to deeper, more lasting change. Others prefer fortnightly. There's no set number of sessions — we'll find a rhythm that fits your life and can change it as we go.
